Music Ministry

Integrally woven into our liturgical celebrations, St. Patrick Music Ministry cultivates and inspires spiritual experience through song.

Under the direction of Bill Norman, St. Patrick Music Ministry enriches the Mass with a diverse set of musical talents including both vocals and instrumentals.

Adult Choir

Parish Choir

A full-range choir composed of beautiful parishioner voices, the adult choir sings at weekly Sunday Masses, alternating between 9 and 10:30, as well as seasonal and sacramental celebrations. All parishioners are welcome to join Tuesday evening practice from 7:30-9:30, September through May.

Children’s Choir

For nearly 30 years, the Children’s Choir has enriched weekly liturgies with the spirited voices of the innocent. Alternating with the Parish Choir between 9 and 10:30 Masses, this joyful group is open to children from all area schools and our parish school – grades 3 through 8. New voices are always welcome to join Tuesday evening practice from 6:00-7:15, September through May.

Heart ‘N Soul

Created in 2002 by young people who graduated from the Children’s Choir, Heart ‘N Soul is composed of teenagers and young adults who are both musically and spiritually impassioned. Inspired by popular music, Heart ‘N Soul brings a modern flavor of traditional liturgical sounds. Always looking for vocalists and instrumentalists, the group welcomes all new talent. Heart ‘N Soul performs weekly at the Noon Mass, and practices are primarily determined by member schedules.

Handbell Choirhandbell-choir

Our 3 Octave Handbell Choir brings a unique supplement to the voice of the Parish Choir during one liturgy monthly. Additionally, Handbell Choir plays seasonally. New members are welcome to join Monday evening practices, from 7-8:30, September through May. Music reading ability is required.

Youth Handbell Choir

A beautiful supplement to seasonal and special occasions, the Youth Handbell Choir is open to all area and parish students, grades 6 through 8. New Members are welcome and should have some basic knowledge of reading music.

“In praise, there is the speaking forth of one confessing; in singing, the affection of one loving.”
