Honor Church traditions and strengthen liturgical celebrations.

The worship of God is our primary expression as a Community of Faith. Together, we promote and enable the full, conscious and active participation of the parish at Mass each week.

The Liturgical Council meets regularly to review our liturgical practices and ministries in an effort to strengthen our liturgical gatherings.

The Parish Liturgy committee is comprised of members of St. Patrick Parish who are involved in the various liturgical ministries. Those ministries include:

  • Parish Priests
  • Deacons
  • Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
  • Lectors
  • Music Ministry
  • Ushers

The primary focus of the Liturgy Committee is to provide leadership that will enable the parish to enhance our many Liturgical celebrations. Through review of our liturgical practices, the members of the committee offer recommendations regarding such practices, as well as future implementation. It is the strong desire of the members of this committee that all of the parishioners will be encouraged to a fuller participation in our liturgies.

The committee also works to provide opportunities for continuing education for our liturgical ministers, as well as the parish.
